We opened our doors back in 2002, with the ethos that all great ideas begin with a blank, pure white, sheet of paper, hence our full name of Purewhite Creative.
Fast forward twenty years, (with a move from London to Kent, some bright minds added to the team and some letters removed from our logo), and we’re still in the business of coming up with great ideas that help brands thrive.
MEET THE TEAM PW Creative is only as strong as our people, which is why we only work with gooduns. And who best to introduce the team, than the team itself? Take a look below at what we think of each other.
Jason, one of our founders and directors is described by the team as ‘the master of creativity’ and ‘a talented designer and videographer who doesn’t have a tantrum when you give creative feedback.’ Refreshing! As our Head of Creative, he’s ‘thorough and knowledgeable’ but is also apparently a ‘crap singer’ who ‘likes the colour green’ and ‘always seems to have a gadget arriving in the post.’
Our second director, Andy, is known to be ‘the man who can get anything done!’ A bold statement but backed up by other team members who describe him as ‘our event expert who’s always organising something’ and ‘a resourceful man with a can-do attitude.’ Our ‘Andyman’ of the company is known to be a little on the noisy side and it’s rumoured that he ‘has to read emails out loud in order to spell correctly.’ It’s also been said that if you ever run into trouble with Andy, you just have to ‘distract him with a Wispa’.
Jamie is our New Business ‘super salesman’ who apparently looks a bit like Daniel Craig (his words, not ours) and ‘when he’s not running 100 miles, he loves to run around building our client base.’ It’s rumoured that he’s ‘the fastest business development manager in Kent,’ well, that’s what he’ll tell you anyway as Jamie is also described as ‘full on with everything he does and very competitive.’ If you’re looking to take your brand to the next level, Jamie is the one to call!
Holly is our Account Manager and ‘the glue that keeps us all together.’ She is sometimes described as the ‘bossy’ one, (but don’t worry, she’s also ‘fun to work with’ ) and forms the channel between us and our clients. When not account managing, you’ll find her ‘head down writing amazing copy’ that ‘cuts through the noise’ . Failing that, she’s probably off ‘enjoying a cider a little too much’ (but never in work hours may we add!).
Jo's ‘all round creative skills’ and ‘permanent smile’ make Jo a fantastic addition to the team. She is ‘always open to sharing ideas and pushing boundaries,’ and whilst Jo ‘quietly makes things look amazing,’ she’s not one to shy away when it comes to the office jokes! In summary, Jo is ‘extremely short, but makes up for it with big ideas.’
Our ‘website guru’ Sean has been hailed as a ‘technical whizz’ who always ‘lets a designer’s vision burst through.’ He’s our resident ‘parker-wearing, Oasis-loving coder,’ who is extremely ‘laid back’ and ‘explains things very clearly’ – thank goodness! It is said that Sean builds ‘beautiful, yet user-friendly websites,’ and that he’s ‘forever young,’ however he does also have a nasty habit of ‘hiding his snack wrappers in other people’s bins.’
Rickie may be ‘laid back, chilled and calm’ but he’s also ‘as fast at smashing out excellent work, as he is at spitting lyrics.’ Our creative artworker is ‘knowledgeable and not afraid to try new things’ however the rumour is that he ‘very rarely gets the tea and coffees in’… I guess we can’t all be good at everything. Rickie ‘always has a story to tell’ – in fact why not ask him about getting a red buzzer from the one and only Simon Cowell.
