Giving Medway Change Makers an identity


We were approached to create a brand identity for the Medway Change Makers project, which aimed to encourage local people to take part in volunteering opportunities, using the momentum generated through the recent City of Culture bid. The brief was to develop a brand that was eye-catching and easily recognisable, whether online or when worn by the volunteers themselves. It had to inspire a new generation of volunteers, but still sit comfortably with existing ones. And it absolutely couldn’t be too corporate!

The team got to work, putting forward three routes we felt nailed the brief and from these, the client chose their favourite (although we were told it was a tricky decision!). We then developed the concept into a logo, colour palette and suite of digital assets that included social graphics, email signatures and newsletter templates.

As we’re sure you’ll agree, the final output definitely hit the brief of being eye-catching!
