ai4process is a Digital Process Automation (DPA) consultancy that uses technology and automation intelligence to take business processes to the next level.

They approached us as a new company that was experiencing incredible growth but felt that their brand was holding them back.


Our task was vast, but simple; to create a new brand identity and web presence that put ai4process in the same league as the large organisations they currently, and aspire to, work with. They already walked the walked, but they also needed to talk the talk (and look good whilst doing it!).


This project required every member of the team to roll up their sleeves and get involved – just how we like it!

We kicked things off with a Discovery Workshop, where we got under the skin of the organisation, its aspirations, target audience, and competitors. From this, we were able to develop a strategy document that fed into their new positioning, organisational structure, tone of voice, and ultimately their new brand.

The design team were then tagged in, producing a simple, modern brand that positioned ai4process proudly alongside their peers and competitors. The simple marque also allowed us to easily communicate their three service pillars: Consulting, Talent, and Innovation.

But the fun didn’t stop there, it was now the turn of the website development team, who built a sleek, easy-to-navigate bespoke website. Well, technically it became three websites within one, with each pillar boasting their own navigation and webspace to emphasise the key services that ai4process offer.
